Forever Completes Sale of Two Towers in Kentucky
 Forever Communications has completed the sale of two broadcast towers, one in Murray, KY, and one in Bowling Green, KY, to Vertical Bridge Holdings. Vertical Bridge has been very active in the broadcast space having completed tower deals with iHeart, Townsquare, and Alpha, among others. Forever is led by Kirby Confer and Donald Alt and the deal team at Vertical was led by Robert Paige, Ryan Miller and Martin Mack.
Michael J. Bergner of Bergner & Co. was the exclusive broker in this transaction. This was Bergner's second tower closing in 2016 and he expects more activity for the remainder of the year.
