Seven Mountains Media LLC has agreed to acquire four Pennsylvania outlets from First Media LLC for $2.075 million.

Included in the deal are 790w Hot AC WZWW-FM (95.3)/State College and Hot AC 3.9kw WMRF-FM (95.7), 160w Hot AC WLAK-FM (103.5) and 5.4kw News/Talk WIEZ-AM (670)/Lewiston, PA.
