Seller is Cross Country Communications, a subsidiary of Hall Communications. It’s accepting $300,000 from Ohio-based Embrescia, plus “85% of the dollar value of the conveyed accounts receivable.” Kiss WKZA joins a Media One cluster comprised of adult contemporary “SE 93” WWSE/93.3.
